Cordial Notes: Stage 2 of Cherry B
Started here.
I didn't think to measure the cherry vodka this time, but there was at least 4 cups after straining the cherries out.
I experimented with ratios, but decided that a straight 1:1 with the sugar syrup tasted best. Unfortunately, I didn't have enough syrup prepared, and didn't feel like making more tonight. So bottle B-1 is 1:1, but bottle B-2 is closer to 2:1. I can always add more syrup later.
They'll get shaken every few days, and should be ready to serve by early September. Maybe at Hunter's Moon.
