Well, the story deals with labor negotiations, so there'll be a lot of "wait ... wait ... wait ... OMG BREAKING NEWS!!!"

But I appreciate the bright side. And the REAL bright side is that work called and said that since I have to stay late, I can come in late too. :)

You know what I suggest for your knee? After work, I think you should insist on being waited on hand and foot.

The stagehands' strike?

When I get home I'll use a heating pad, or maybe take a hot bath. Either will help quite a bit. Until then, I'm popping Advil and trying to keep the walking to a minimum.

Yup, the stagehands strike. They're back at the bargaining table at 6:30pm, and somehow I doubt they'll come out at 7:15 and say, "OK, we solved everything." :)
