go to that first link matt gave you where albany is $26 It's 26 per 1000 in value for a 100,00 home it would be $2600.
but looks like the rates are all over the place $16-$49 so between $1620-4950 depending on county. It is so easy you know. Which I would guess why there is no calculator.
