Liberal v. Conservative
Apr. 2nd, 2009 09:54 amI read The Nation every week (on my Kindle for $1.49 a month). It pretty accurately (not 100%, but close) reflects my views on the world, but doesn't tell me much about the other guy's point of view.
So, I'm wondering if anybody knows what magazine would be the conservative equivalent to The Nation. I'll give it a try, and read it as long as I can stand to.

Date: 2009-04-02 05:52 pm (UTC)The Economist is good. It is fiscally conservative and socially liberal, which matches the politics of a large number of Americans. Also, they do a fantastic job of covering international news.
For another opinion on the left, try Mother Jones. They are often farther to the left than The Nation, if it can be possible. :-)
