Dinner Was A Solid B+

jennythereaderI made two dishes for dinner tonight.
One was chicken breasts, marinated in my standard marinade and then broiled for about 10 minutes. They turned out very good.
The other was "Spinach and Rice Gratin" from Fast Vegetarian Feasts. It was... decent, but not spectacular. A little bland and much dryer than I expected. I probably will end up making it again, but with a few changes.
