New bed, prep work

Well, the bedroom is as empty as one person can get it. I cleared off and moved the nightstands, did all the laundry, stripped the bed and took the futon off of it (we've been using the futon on top of out old mattress to make it a little firmer). When Tom gets home we'll take apart the old bed. We plan on sleeping on the air mattress tonight because I can take it down by myself tomorrow when the delivery guys show up.

I also washed the blue fuzzy blanket that my Dad gave us, and noticed that it is queen-sized. Yay! One less thing that we will need to replace! We bought one very nice blue flannel set of queen sheets yesterday, but we're going to wait a bit before we replace the comforter.

I know we do this to you on a strangely frequent basis... but if you want, I have at LEAST one spare King sized comforter. It's currently part of the "spare bedding for guests" pile in the guest bedroom...
