First Day on the New Job

Bad things:
Things I'm going to do differently tomorrow:
- The work is very easy, with a mix of standing and sitting that my knees actually like.
- My co-workers all seem very nice.
- I got a compliment on my shirt, a bright pink linen blouse that was given to me (I forget by who.)
- Fridays and Mondays are both casual days, when we are allowed to wear jeans and sneakers.
Neutral things:
- The work is very dull and repetitive.
- Technically I'm not supposed to park in the employee lot, as I am not an employee of Eddy VNA. They told me how to get around it.
Bad things:
- They only sell Pepsi in the machines, and didn't even have any of the flavored varieties, so I'm drinking my first caffeine of the day as I type this.
- The only place close enough to go to for lunch is a overpriced deli on the first floor of the office building. They have an extremely limited menu, and also only serve Pepsi.
- My professional-looking shoes are not well suited to standing for several hours while I file. My feet were killing me by the end of the day.
Things I'm going to do differently tomorrow:
- I'm going to take my own soda.
- I'm going to bring my lunch.
- I'm getting insoles to put in my shoes.
