Beautiful harmonies, great instrumentation, and lyrics that (while not the greatest poetry) are mostly about the good stuff in day-to-day life.
My favorite song is probably "About Happiness". You can listen to a sample of it over at the Amazon page, and I'll put the ( lyrics behind a cut. )
There are also a couple of really funny songs ("Great To Be A Guy" and "Dieter's Prayer"), but I'm too lazy to type out any more lyrics.
