John Wesley's Rule:

Do all the good you can,
By all the means you can,
In all the ways you can,
In all the places you can,
At all the times you can,
To all the people you can,
As long as you ever can.

It's attributed to John Wesley (one of the founders of Methodism), but there's doubt that he actually said it.

Regardless of where it comes from, it's a pretty good rule for living a good and useful life no matter what your personal faith or philosophy is.

It reminds me that I could do more to make a difference in the world.
