Pondering a Project Challenge

I had an idea today to ask all of my crafty/artistic/creative friends to participate in a challenge.

What I'm thinking is that I'd post something that I find really awe inspiring, and then everybody would have a month to make something based on it.

What do you guys think?

I'll ask again after Pennsic, and if folks like the idea maybe September or October would work for the actual project.
