I wish they hadn't chosen to link this one to Voldemort, but I can't think of a Potter-verse character that more closely resembles an INTP.

I would've thought Hermione. She looks at magic as a tool to be used to shape things around her, she's logical and ambitious, just not obnoxiously ambitious, and she most certainly has principles she defends vigorously.

Moldywart, on the other hand, hasn't got any principles I can think of, other than "It's all mine, and I'll crush you if you don't agree."

She's too organized to be an INTP (we're more the "Absent Minded Professor" type). Which is another reason I don't really think Voldemort is a good example of one.
