jennythereaderDo you guys think that chicken marinated in a balsamic vinegar based marinade would go well with a dish called "Spinach and Rice Gratin"? Its main ingredients are spinach, brown rice, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
Side question: Do you think I could substitute Basmati rice (which I already have) for the brown rice (which I'd have to buy special)?
