jennythereaderWhen you are filling out important paperwork, whether for yourself or for someone else, there are two important things you need to do:
1) PRINT! NEATLY! If your writing is not legible the person on the other end will not be able to process it correctly.
2) Fill out the WHOLE FORM! If you leave off information like names and ID#s the person on the other end will not be able to do anything at all with it.
