Suggestions needed

My main aquistion at the craft fair today was a bottle of Balsamic Vinegar with Maple Syrup. Really yummy stuff, but other than salad dressing, I'm not sure what I can do with it.


Anybody have any suggestions?

I tried a little bit on some strawberries this evening. Really good! Although, I should have put a little more effort into cutting off the over-ripe parts of the berries.

yup. I had an ex who was fanatic about having vanilla ice cream with balsamic vinegar. The maple syrup would add a very good touch to it.

I have made chicken with plain balsamic vinegar the maple syrup might be an interesting twist hmmm................

Just what I was going to reply! I adore balsamic vinegar on vanilla ice cream. I know it sounds yucky, but everyone I've persuaded to try it has ended up liking it.

I did try it, with Ben and Jerry's vanilla ice cream. It was quite good. Sort of sweet'n'sour tasting.
