The kittens have names.

We decided to name one Ender (from Orson Scott Card's book Ender's Game and its sequels) and the other Skif (from Mercedes Lackey's Valdemar series. For a while we were thinking that we would go with Hengist and Horsa, but we decided that they weren't quite right.

based on the literary reference I recognize, I am assuming the one that likes to attack things is "Ender" ?

And Skif reminds me of a name I once gave a cat... Xiv, pronounced Ziiiiiiiv... it more of a sound effect than anything else. :)

The one we named Ender is just a little bit more agressive and adventurous, Skif is more skittish and jumpy.
