Hey Boston Area Folks:

I've got a friend who is looking to buy a house near Boston. The three towns that she and her husband are looking at are: Quincy, Hingham, and Arlington (in order of preference). If anyone has any advice, suggestions, or houses she should look at I'd love it if you could send them to me so I can pass them on to her.

No real advice (I'm assuming she picked those towns for a reason, even if I can't see it -- these aren't the best school systems, and Arlington is northwest of Boston, while the other two are southeast), but as always, Craigslist is a great starting point.

They don't have kids, and as far as I know aren't planning on any, so the school system isn't an issue. Other than that, I think it has to do with balancing his interests/issues with hers, in terms of what's in town and how long of a commute it is to Boston.
