A couple of minutes ago Tom found one of them perched on top of the stove's exhaust hood. I'm less suprised that he managed to get up there than I am that he managed to do it silently.
It does seem that way sometimes. So far they haven't been (seen) on top of the bookcases in the living room or office, but I'm sure that's just a matter of time.
Their mother is terribly fond of high places, so I'm not surprised. I have caught her climbing the shoe rack on the closet door like a ladder, in order to get to the top of the shelving unit next to the closet. And maybe two weeks before she birthed them, she levitated up a tree to escape an oncoming dog ... and then nonchalantly leaped back to the ground from a good 10 feet up.
