BPAL!

I've been vaguely interested in BPAL for a while, but only recently decided to get serious about trying the assorted scents and figuring out what I like. I'm starting with the several imps I got as a gift a few years back, and I also put in an order for imps of some of the more popular scents. We'll see what I think of them once they get here.

If you're curious, here's the spreadsheet I'm using to keep track. My BPAL records. Only one thing on it so far, but there will be more.

Me either. :( I'm allergic to perfumes, but I have a bunch of friends who really enjoy the experimenting and swapping and the weird names and the interesting scents.

Are people wearing perfume around you a problem?

Yeah. It's a little silly right now, but they make dozens of scents, so (from what other people say) it can be really hard to keep track of which ones you've tried and to remember what you thought of all of them.

I'm trying to get in the habit now, so that I keep it when I have a lot more to keep track of.

I have a couple of friends who use BPAL and love their scents - I don't do perfumes myself (even essential-oil-based ones) but they sound lovely in theory!
