What are the songs you love so much that you seek out multiple versions?

I have two: Amazing Grace, and Turn, Turn, Turn.

I don't think I seek out multiple versions of any song, but I'm always curious about what another artist is able to bring to a cover version, and how some are able to supplant the original. Seal's version of Steve Miller's "Fly Like an Eagle" and the Sundays' version of the Stones' "Wild Horses" leap to mind. (Although I still prefer Bob Dylan's version of "Mr. Tambourine Man" to the Byrds'.)

Have you ever heard Arlo Guthrie's cover of "Mr. Tambourine Man"? I'm not sure which album it's on, but it's pretty good.
