I wish I'd learned of this coat's existence before New Year's. The black version would have looked amazing with my dress.

I might actually still get it. It's not like I'm never going to wear the dress again, and $90 is not unreasonable for a light-weight dressy coat.

Isn't it great? I want more color choices, though. I keep picturing it in royal blue, or deep purple, or maybe burgundy.

The fact that it looks like is should cost so much more does make me wonder if it's cheaply made. On the other hand, so pretty!

I think the fact that it seems to be largely polester and spandex likely has something to do with the less-than-steep price.

And a large chunk of the rest is cotton, so yeah, probably not so much for the warm... but maybe as a costume piece, or layered over other things in spring/fall weather, it looks like it would be ideal. I'd love to get my hands on one and see if the pattern is really just a pattern or if it's somehow a jacquard. I suspect the former.
