Hair Change, part 3

My hair is short!

It's about 1.5 inches past my ears. The stylist tapered it like I wanted, so it's shorter in back than on the sides, and she also layered it.

It's probably been 8 years since I've had hair this short, and even longer since I've had anything other than a blunt cut. This whole concept of having hair of different lengths on different parts of my head will take some getting used to.

I didn't get the highlights today. The salon charges $75+, and I just couldn't make myself spend that kind of money on my hair. I might look around for a beauty school that will do it for less, or I might try dustkitten's suggestion and dye my whole head with something that will wash out in a couple of weeks.

I'll get Tom to take a picture of me when he gets home, and I'll post is as soon as I can.

Why don't you two go over to the photo place at sears or some other affordable place and take advantage of the special and get some 5x7 pictures made to send out to the family??
