I'm seriously starting to wonder if I need a cane.

Every single time I stood up today I thought I was going to fall right back down. My right hip just wasn't working right. Combine frequent but irregular hip pain with almost constant knee pain of varying severity, and it seems like I spend more days limping than I do walking normally.

I'm really tired of hurting.

That's a possibility. Change in temperatures, change in pressure... it could explain things.
