In the interest of trying to be healthier, I'm trying (again) to make some changes to my life:

1) STOP EATING AT MCDONALD'S EVERY SINGLE DAY!!! OK, I don't do it every day, but 9 out of 10 is still too high.

2) Take a walk every day. At the park if the weather is good, at the mall if it's not.

3) Start yoga or some other very gentle, more about stretching than anything else exercise. Probably with videos until I'm reasonably sure it's something I want to do enough to spend the money on a class.

These are all good changes to make. The thing about videos, though, is that the instructor isn't in the room with you -- so if the exercise isn't working in some way, you can't discuss that with the instructor and make changes. Maybe just go to one class at a time at first? The money saved by not eating at McDonald's every day ought to offset the cost somewhat. :)

By "Probably with videos until I'm reasonably sure it's something I want to do", I meant get a video from the library and try it two or three times this week. If it seems to be possible than I'll start looking for a class this weekend.
