In the interest of trying to be healthier, I'm trying (again) to make some changes to my life:

1) STOP EATING AT MCDONALD'S EVERY SINGLE DAY!!! OK, I don't do it every day, but 9 out of 10 is still too high.

2) Take a walk every day. At the park if the weather is good, at the mall if it's not.

3) Start yoga or some other very gentle, more about stretching than anything else exercise. Probably with videos until I'm reasonably sure it's something I want to do enough to spend the money on a class.

I already keep granola bars in my desk at work. What I think I'll do is keep another box in the car where I can reach them. That way, when I see McDonald's and get hungry, I can just lean over and grab something else.
