I'm waiting for a reader big enough to read gamebook PDFs on, without either excessive scrolling or eyestrain.

Hm. I think that requires one more step up the size ladder, so the screen's like the size of a standard game manual, maybe a bit bigger.

Yup. I looked at the Ipad and it was definitely too small a screen for what I want.

I think at that point you might as well just get a laptop. Although the screen on the DX is roughly standard hardcover page sized.

I have them on my laptop. Unfortunately, most gamebooks are formatted in two columns, which requires much scrolling up and down to read them properly.

There are a couple of readers announced that might do, if they get to actual reality as opposed to vaporware.
