jennythereaderBody: I feel like I'm coming down with a cold and my knees are giving me all sorts of random stabs of pain.
Book Review: I re-read the second of Laurell K. Hamilton's Merry Gentry books last night. I've been in the mood for books I don't have to think about the last few days.
Reading: I know started a new book... but I don't remember what it was. I think I should have turned the lights out a little earlier.
Hearing: I listened to an episode of Escape Pod, and now I'm just playing music.
Project Follow-up: skip
Tonight's Project: My plan is to attempt Ratatoullie for the first time. This is the version I'll be trying. It seems fairly easy. After dinner I may start a new knitting project. I've got a couple skeins of a lovely light purple worsted weight wool that seems to be crying out to be a scarf or a shawl. Send me links to super easy (free) patterns?
Randomness: What musicians are on your "I must see them before they (or I) die" list? For me, the only two must sees are Pete Seeger and B.B. King. Luckily, living where I do increases the odds that I'll actually get the chance. :)

Date: 2010-08-31 06:09 pm (UTC)My only addition would be sauteeing some lardons/bacon cubes in the pan before the onions & garlic, if you're not vegetarian. Adds a *world* of flavor.
I'm really craving ratatouille now!
