jennythereaderDoes anyone use this gym? (I'd prefer info on the Crossgates location, but another location is better than none.) What do you think of it?
Mostly I'm concerned with cleanliness and how well maintained it is. Also, what the gym culture is like. Are the staff/other member polite/annoying/friendly/whatever?
Also, have you taken any of the classes they offer? What did you think of them?
